Welcome to Sembrando Semillas, a transformative training and community space dedicated to nurturing the leadership potential within women of color and BIPOC leaders. Our group leadership coaching and training services are tailored to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where you can thrive, grow, and lead with authenticity.


At Cid & Macedo, we recognize the unique challenges and rich experiences that shape the leadership journey for women of color and BIPOC individuals because we have lived it. Aida created this course out of a sense of isolation and frustration in navigating a legal professional career and now as a business owner. She is the first in her family to attend college and law school and also has been the only person of color in many rooms. She developed a tool set of exercises to help her navigate these lonely spaces and live her life authentically to who she is. We hope this course does the same for you.
